Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cup collard greens, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 0.50 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.50 cup water or broth

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until soft.
