Miso Soup is a simple Japanese broth flavored with savory dashi and miso paste, studded with tofu and seaweed. It’s a comforting starter or light snack that’s ready in minutes. Garnish with scallions for freshness.
Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
Dissolve miso paste with a little hot broth, then stir back into the pot.
Add tofu and rehydrated wakame; heat gently without boiling.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced scallion.
